Terms of Service
These terms govern transportation arrangements managed by Black Car Service Seattle.
Quotes and pricing
All trips are quoted by itinerary and confirmed before booking. Confirmed quotes are honored as agreed; material itinerary changes may be re-quoted with your approval.
Reservations
Reservations are confirmed by dispatch. Providing accurate pickup details, flight numbers, and contact information is the client's responsibility.
Waiting time and changes
Airport pickups include a reasonable post-landing grace period. Additional waiting, added stops, or extended hourly time may adjust the fare, always confirmed before being applied.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are provided with your quote and vary by trip type and notice period. Contact dispatch as early as possible when plans change.
Conduct and safety
We reserve the right to decline service for unsafe, unlawful, or abusive conduct. Chauffeurs follow all traffic laws; client requests that conflict with safety or law cannot be accommodated.

Reviewing a Seattle itinerary
Before confirming a reservation, compare the trip details with your travel documents. Check both addresses, the local date and time, passenger count and luggage needs. For a SEA arrival, distinguish the flight landing time from the pickup arrangement. For a cruise, identify the named pier and ship. For a meeting, include the intended visitor entrance rather than only a company or neighborhood name.
For a return trip, review the pickup and destination as a separate journey. If your plans include several stops, list the order and say where the vehicle should wait. A transfer between two addresses and an hourly block with waiting describe different requests. Use the rate guide for pricing context and ask for the price of the actual itinerary before confirming.
Questions to resolve before booking
Ask which vehicle class is being arranged, whether its luggage configuration fits your party, and which pickup instructions apply. Review the waiting allowance and how added stops or extra time are handled. Check the cancellation terms supplied with the quote, and keep the trip contact available during travel. Do not assume that an illustrative vehicle photo establishes the specific model for a reservation.
Reporting a change
When a flight, destination or appointment changes, identify the affected leg and provide the revised details. Ask how the change affects the quoted itinerary before relying on a revised plan. Use the online booking page for reservations and the confirmed reservation details to check what has been agreed for the journey.
