The Fleet
Four vehicle classes for your Seattle trip.
Every vehicle is chauffeured, maintained to the same bar, and matched to your trip by dispatch — passengers, luggage, and the shape of the day. Photos illustrate vehicle classes; confirm the assigned model and passenger/luggage configuration before booking.
01 Executive Sedan
The daily driver of Seattle executive travel
Quiet cabin, composed ride, and a chauffeur who treats the space as your rolling office. The sedan is the default choice for Seattle executive days — productive between stops, understated at the curb, and right for one or two passengers moving on a schedule.
Estimated $120/hr · 3-hour minimum
Best for
- — Solo travelers and pairs
- — SEA airport transfers with standard luggage
- — Meetings across Downtown, South Lake Union, and the Eastside
- — Discreet point-to-point movement
02 Premium SUV
Room for people, luggage, and wet-weather comfort
When the party grows past two — or the luggage grows past a trunk — the premium SUV takes over. Elevated seating, generous cargo room, and the same chauffeured standard as the sedan, scaled for families, small teams, cruise guests, and airport luggage.
Estimated $150/hr · 3-hour minimum
Best for
- — Small groups and families
- — SEA airport and cruise transfers with heavy luggage
- — Child-seat travel arranged in advance
- — Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and Tacoma trips
03 Mercedes-Benz S-Class
A first-class sedan for executive travel
A sedan option for travelers prioritizing cabin comfort. Share passenger and bag counts to confirm the assigned vehicle and luggage fit.
Estimated $230/hr · 3-hour minimum
Best for
- — Individual executive travel
- — Client arrivals and special occasions
- — Trips with standard luggage
04 Sprinter Van
Group travel without splitting the party
The Sprinter moves a group the way a sedan moves an executive — together, on time, and without ceremony getting in the way of comfort. Standing-height cabin, real luggage capacity, and a chauffeur managing the logistics while the group manages itself.
Estimated $240/hr · 3-hour minimum
Best for
- — Corporate teams and tech roadshow crews
- — Cruise transfers at Pier 66 and Pier 91
- — Conference and venue shuttling
- — T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field, and event groups
Not sure which vehicle?
Tell dispatch your passenger count, luggage, and the shape of the day. The right class is part of every quote — no guesswork on your end.
Hourly chauffeur estimates
Hourly reservations have a three-hour minimum. The display rate and complete-duration estimates are rounded separately; an extra hour is calculated from the complete revised booking duration.
| Vehicle | Display / hour | 3 hours | 4 hours | 6 hours |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business Sedan | $120/hr | ~$360 | ~$480 | ~$710 |
| First Class SUV | $150/hr | ~$440 | ~$580 | ~$870 |
| Mercedes S-Class | $230/hr | ~$690 | ~$930 | ~$1390 |
| Sprinter Van | $240/hr | ~$710 | ~$940 | ~$1410 |
These estimates include the rate model’s gratuity, tax/surcharge and card-fee components. Airport, cruise and other point-to-point trips require a quote for the actual route; the hourly minimum is not an airport-transfer fare. Confirm waiting time, stops, tolls and any trip-specific charges before booking.
