Service Areas

Wherever your day starts

All five boroughs, plus the suburbs that run on the city's clock — served around the clock by chauffeurs who know the local grid.

Before you travel

Connecting the areas in your day

Choose the area page closest to the actual destination, then provide the full street address when requesting a quote. Downtown Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond are useful planning labels, but they do not identify a building entrance. If your day spans several areas, list each stop separately and decide whether the car should wait. Check current road conditions when reviewing the sequence, and make the airport or cruise deadline explicit rather than hiding it inside a general neighborhood request.

Start with the address that anchors the day

Choose a page for the area where your pickup or destination lies, then describe the actual building and entrance in the request. An area name is useful for browsing, but it cannot establish where passengers meet the car. For a hotel stay with visits elsewhere, identify the hotel as its own pickup location. If travelers are gathering from several places, decide whether they meet together first or need collection at each address.

Link the areas into a usable itinerary

When a day connects Seattle, the Eastside or Tacoma, list stops in order and supply each host’s arrival deadline. Note where the vehicle must remain available and where a separate later pickup would work. An airport or cruise leg should include its travel-document details rather than being added as a vague last stop. Open the relevant route and service pages to compare the arrangement types, then send the whole sequence for review instead of combining unrelated area requests.
