Privacy Policy

Black Car Service Seattle respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or book service, we collect the details needed to fulfill your reservation: name, contact information, pickup and destination addresses, flight numbers, and trip preferences.

How it is used

Your information is used to quote, coordinate, and deliver your transportation — and to communicate with you about your reservations. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Sharing

Trip details are shared only with the dispatch and chauffeur personnel involved in your service, and with service providers required to fulfill your reservation.

Data security

Reservation and contact data is retained only as long as needed for operations, billing, and legal requirements, and is protected with appropriate safeguards.

Preparing an itinerary request

Use the booking system to provide the information needed to describe the journey: your name, email, timing, trip type and itinerary. A pickup address may be a hotel, office, airport or residence. Identify the entrance or meeting point without including unrelated personal information. For a Seattle cruise transfer, the ship and pier are useful planning details; for an airport arrival, the flight number helps identify the intended trip.

Describe accessibility or vehicle requirements in terms of the assistance or space you need. You do not need to write a medical history to ask about luggage space or a suitable configuration. Avoid adding passwords, account access details, identification-document images or payment-card numbers to the free-text itinerary field. Keep the initial message focused on planning the ride.

Keeping trip details clear

If you are arranging transport for another traveler, distinguish your coordination contact from the passenger contact. Check that the addresses and local dates are accurate before sending. A corrected itinerary should clearly state which journey changes, especially when an arrival and return are being arranged together. Review the confirmation provided through the reservation process.

Online booking and policy questions

The embedded booking panel loads an external reservation service. Review the information presented in that booking process before submitting details there. Use the online booking page to enter your itinerary without sending sensitive documents.
