Share the ship name, named terminal, luggage count and your cruise line’s arrival instructions. For the return, use the expected time you will be ready after disembarkation rather than treating the ship’s arrival time as passenger readiness.
Hotel to terminal is its own journey
Ask the hotel where passengers and luggage should gather for vehicle collection. Give the pickup entrance and the terminal named in the cruise documents, and include the cruise line’s check-in instructions for your sailing. If travelers need to collect bags from storage before leaving, account for that in the planned readiness time. Do not add sightseeing or a second hotel pickup to a direct terminal request without listing it as another stop.
Disembarkation needs a fresh pickup plan
For the return, name the ship, terminal and onward destination again rather than assuming the outbound instructions apply. Passenger readiness after disembarkation may differ from the ship’s arrival, so ask how to communicate when the party and bags are together. If the return goes to SEA, include the departure flight for a timing review. If it goes to a hotel, provide the entrance. Keep outbound and return prices tied to the distinct itinerary for each leg.
